Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kelmo ("the Service", "the app"). By signing up for or using Kelmo, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Description of the Service

Kelmo is a productivity application that lets you manage tasks, projects, notes, calendars, whiteboards, and reminders, aiming to offer a simple, distraction-free workspace.

2. Creating an Account

• You can sign up using email and password, or via Google or Microsoft.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must meet the minimum age required by law in your country to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Kelmo, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (e.g. overload attempts, unauthorized reverse engineering)
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Kelmo (tasks, notes, events, whiteboards, etc.). You grant us only the technical rights necessary to store, sync, and display that content back to you within the Service.

5. Service Availability

We work to keep Kelmo available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee the Service will always be free of interruptions, bugs, or downtime, especially while the product is under active development.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kelmo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We recommend not relying on Kelmo as the sole copy of any critical information.

7. Suspension and Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, notifying you when reasonably possible.

8. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update Kelmo or these Terms over time, for example by adding new features or changing existing ones. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we'll notify you within the app or by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, unless otherwise required by mandatory law applicable in your country of residence.
